    Live chat is a Good concept and has to be implemented in many companies.
    There are positives and negatives for Live chat.
    Positives
    1) will definetely improve the company’s profit by reducing travel costs
    2) will help in solving the problems faster
    Negatives
    1) employee’s can misuse the tool and can chat with other employees

    Sorry, but I’m still not sold on Live Chat as a necessity. As a matter of fact, as a consumer, I hate to see that little “live chat operator is available” square chasing my mouse around on the screen. And, in my experience, any “real” problems that I’ve had couldn’t be solved via Live Chat anyway.
